All members of the Police Department are obligated to cooperate in any investigation conducted by the Internal Affairs or the Chiefs, and is obligated to comply with any reasonable and lawful requests. Failure to comply with Internal Affairs Investigations may result in disciplinary actions. The Internal Affairs and Chiefs are not obligated in any shape or form to share evidence attached to a discipline you may have received. The Chiefs reserve the rights to discipline anyone for any lawful reason and does not need to share a reason with you, however IA does.
